Via "das rote blog" bin ich auf das interessante Interview mit dem Rechtsanwalt Udo Vetter, Betreiber des lawblog gestossen:
Die Zahl der Blogs in Deutschland wächst und wächst. Mit den Blogs nimmt aber auch die Zahl von kostspieligen Abmahnungen gegen Blogeinträge zu. tagesschau.de sprach mit dem Strafverteidiger Udo Vetter, der seit vielen Jahren das Lawblog betreibt, über teure Anwaltsschreiben, verbissene Unternehmen und fahrlässige Blogger.


Eine Zensur findet nicht statt? Nach den heutigen Beschlüssen der Regierung wundert das auch nicht besonders...
