Vorratsdatenspeicherung: 12 Umzugskartons für Vollmachten

Am 29.2.2008 wurde die Sammelverfassungsbeschwerde von 34.451 Beschwerdeführern zur Vorratsdatenspeicherung durch den Berliner Rechtsanwalt Meinhard Starostikeingereicht. In Karlsruhe wurde zunächst die interne Zuständigkeit entschieden. Für die Verfassungsbeschwerde ist der erste Senat zuständig. Da auch beantragt wurde, den Vollzug des Gesetzes bis zur endgültigen Entscheidung des Gerichtes auszusetzen, wird hierüber demnächst entschieden und zwar voraussichtlich noch im Monat März/Anfang April.
