Ein wesentlicher Ausschnitt aus "Bowling for Columbine" zur Geschichte der USA. Wer sich ausführlicher (und solider) mit der amerikanischen Geschichte beschäftigen möchte, lese das Buch "Eine Geschichte des amerikanischen Volkes" des kürzlich verstorbenen Howard Zinn's.
