Blockade gegen den Klimakompromiss

Mehrere Hundert KlimaaktivistInnen von Ende Gelände und anderen Umweltorganisationen blockierten am Freitag, den 1. Februar 2019 über viele Stunden die Straßen rund um das Bundeswirtschaftministerium in Berlin. Sie demonstrierten gegen den Kompromiss der Kohlekommission, für einen schnellen Kohleausstieg und besseren Klimaschutz. Am Abend wurden die Blockaden von der Polizei geräumt. Dabei kam es zu zahlreichen Festnahmen.
